CHC Renovation Projects - Invitation to Bid

CHC is currently accepting bids for renovation projects funded in part by the FY 2021 American Rescue Plan – Health Center Construction & Capital Improvements (C8E). Community Health Care Inc. received $952,782 through this grant from HRSA (Health Resource & Service Administration) for capital improvement efforts. If awarded, you must work with Community Health Care Inc. to ensure all appropriate documentation is submitted timely and completely to HRSA.

Community Health Care, Inc. will use the following criteria when reviewing, assessing and selecting the winning bid.

  • Financial proposal

  • Timeline for completing the project

  • Quality of workmanship (historical, etc.)
