CHC is a partner of the local health departments and is administering the COVID-19 vaccine.  We are providing vaccines to CHC patients, and when available to us, to community members.

Who is eligible to get vaccinated as of today?

All residents aged 12 years & above

 

* CHC can only administer vaccines to individuals 18+, because the vaccine we have is only approved for that age group. Organizations that have the Pfizer vaccine can administer to 12+.
