As a federally qualified health center (FQHC) our board must be comprised of 51 percent of members who have been a patient at Community Health Care during the past year.

We appreciate the broad spectrum of individuals who take the time to serve our community as a member of our board so that we can continue to provide quality primary health and dental care for all those in need in the Quad City community.

Our need is great, and their leadership is essential.
