CHC’s Behavioral Health Team provides counseling and psychiatry services for both adults and youth. Our team is comprised of licensed Behavioral Health providers who work with primary care providers to offer comprehensive services that include:

PHARMACY
Located in our Davenport Medical Building, the CHC Pharmacy provides pharmacy services to all established Community Health Care, Inc. patients.
Our pharmacy features prescription drugs at a lower cost than most other area pharmacies. This is possible because of the generosity of others through grants, foundations, federal and state assistance, and individual gifts. As with our other medical and dental services, the pharmacy offers a Sliding Fee Program to those who qualify.
