We provide pharmacy services to all established Community Health Care, Inc. patients.

 

Our pharmacy features prescription drugs at a lower cost than most other area pharmacies. This is possible because of the generosity of others through grants, foundations, federal and state assistance, and individual gifts. As with our other medical and dental services, the pharmacy offers a Sliding Fee Program to those who qualify.

 

Our Iowa-licensed pharmacy includes several resident pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. We also have a Pharmacy Resource Specialist on staff to assist established patients in the enrollment process for various Patient Assistance Programs (PAP). The PAP provides certain medications at a low cost to patients who meet specific guidelines.

 

Our pharmacy also accepts a wide variety of prescription drug coverage plans including various private insurances, most Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans and both Iowa and Illinois Medicaid.
