Community Health Care's role in COVID-19 Vaccine Administration
CHC is a partner of the local health departments and is administering the COVID-19 vaccine. We are providing vaccines to CHC patients, and when available to us, to community members.

Who is eligible to get vaccinated as of today?
State of Iowa
All residents aged 16 years & above
* CHC can only administer vaccines to individuals 18+, because the vaccine we have is only approved for that age group. Organizations that have the Pfizer vaccine can administer to 16+.
